The National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI)/Request for Proposal (RfP) from eligible consulting firms and organizations for the Preparation of the Integrated Green Mobility Plan (IGMP) for Pune City. The tender has been issued under the UrbanShift – Livable Cities in India initiative, which supports sustainable and low-carbon urban mobility planning.
According to the tender notice, the RfP was issued on June 30, 2026. Interested bidders can submit their pre-bid queries until July 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST), while the final proposal submission deadline is August 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST).
The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive Integrated Green Mobility Plan (IGMP) for Pune City. The plan is expected to promote environmentally sustainable, inclusive and efficient urban transport systems by integrating mobility planning with climate resilience and livability objectives.
