According to officials, a proposed 20-kilometre road will connect New Noida—officially known as the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR)—to the 594-kilometre Ganga Expressway. The township already enjoys connectivity through an interchange on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway near Beel Akbarpur village and is also expected to be linked to the Yamuna Expressway through a planned road corridor by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

Noida Authority officials stated that detailed planning for the Ganga Expressway link road is underway, with discussions on implementation scheduled in the coming weeks. Improved road connectivity is being viewed as a critical component for the success of the New Noida project and its industrial growth prospects.

The Authority is also preparing to begin land acquisition on a consent basis across 37 villages in the first phase, including villages in both Gautam Buddh Nagar and Bulandshahr districts. Land rates have been fixed at ₹4,300 per square metre, although officials acknowledge that negotiations with landowners may be challenging due to rising land values in the region.

Spread across more than 209 square kilometres and covering 84 villages, New Noida has been identified as one of the proposed investment regions under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The township is planned to be developed in four phases and is expected to emerge as a major industrial and urban growth centre in western Uttar Pradesh.
