The Council of Architecture Training & Research Centre (COA-TRC), Pune, in collaboration with the Department of Architecture and Planning, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, has announced a five-day online Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Designing Resilience: Built Environment, Climate, & Communities.” The program will be held from 8–12 December 2025, between 2:30 PM and 5:45 PM.

Focused on growing climate risks and rapidly transforming urban landscapes, the FDP aims to equip educators and professionals with climate-responsive design strategies, sustainable urban planning principles, and tools for data-driven decision-making. According to the event poster, the initiative brings together leading experts from IITs, CEPT University, SPA Bhopal, and IRADE.
