Eligibility and Submission
The tender is open to eligible contractors registered under the relevant Horticulture category. Contractors must ensure that their enlistment remains valid on the last date of submission of tenders. Bidders are required to have a valid digital signature for submitting their bids online.
The EMD of ₹39,487 is to be deposited through the IFMIS Portal using the prescribed EMD payment procedure. The unique transaction reference of the EMD payment must be uploaded on the e-tendering system within the stipulated submission period.
The tender notice also states that bidders not registered with DDA are required to pay an annual e-tendering charge of ₹20,000 plus applicable GST for uploading tenders online.

- GST registration certificate
- Tender Acceptance Letter on the company’s letterhead
- E-Tendering Fee from CRB
- PAN Card
- Contractor’s Enlistment Order

The financial bid is to include the prescribed Schedule of Financial Bid/BoQ in the specified Excel format.
No hard copies are required to be submitted before the opening of the tender. However, relevant hard copies may be sought from the lowest bidder (L1).
