Educational Qualification and Experience
1. Site Engineer (WP-01)
Candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved university or institute. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years and less than 5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
The role involves site execution, quantity measurements, maintenance of site records, material inspection and preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
2. Project Engineer (WP-02)
Applicants must hold a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved university or institute, with a minimum of 5 years and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
Responsibilities include supervising site engineers, quality control, billing, contractor coordination, progress monitoring and attending client meetings.
3. Architect (WP-03)
Candidates must hold a full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a recognised university or institute and possess valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA). A minimum of 5 years and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector is required.
The role includes architectural design and detailing, reviewing drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants and contractors, ensuring site compliance with design intent, and attending client meetings.
