The Council of Architecture–Training and Research Centre (COA-TRC), Pune, in collaboration with the Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies (LTIADS), Navi Mumbai, has announced a 5-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Microclimate Matters: Rethinking Urban Form and Regulations.” The programme will be held from 8 to 12 December 2025 between 10:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. via online mode.

Designed for architects, planners, environmental professionals, and academicians, the FDP aims to address the rising concerns of urban heat, thermal stress, and climate-responsive design in Indian cities. The programme integrates urban climate science, simulation tools, and regulatory frameworks, helping educators strengthen climate-sensitive design thinking in academic and professional settings.
