According to the official notice, the available units include lake-view restaurants, food kiosks, souvenir shops, and a VR gaming building, all located within the park premises. The restaurants have been specifically designed for late-hour operations, featuring separate entry and exit points to ensure smooth visitor movement and operational flexibility.

Bharat Vandana Park, positioned as a national-level tourism destination, offers strong branding visibility due to its prime location and high public footfall. The proposed rentals come with a two-year lease agreement and are fully equipped with essential infrastructure, including power supply, water connection, and IGL gas connectivity, enabling immediate operational readiness for selected bidders.

The e-bidding process will be conducted through government-approved portals, with detailed terms and conditions available on the NBCC, DDA, and CPWD official websites. Registration for the e-auction opens from 16 December 2025, while the last date for registration is 6 January 2026. The e-auction is scheduled to take place on 9 January 2026.

DDA has also clarified that any corrigendum or addendum related to the bidding process will be published only on the official websites. Interested bidders are advised to regularly check the portals for updates and ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria.

The move is expected to enhance visitor experience at Bharat Vandana Park while encouraging private participation in the management and activation of public recreational infrastructure in Delhi.
