Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Infrastructure & Investment Development Board (UIIDB), under the Department of Planning, Government of Uttarakhand, has invited proposals from reputed firms and institutions for the selection of a consultant to oversee the redevelopment of Yamuna Colony in Dehradun.
The official notice, issued on 25 September 2025, specifies that interested parties can access detailed terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP) on the state’s e-tendering portal www.uktenders.gov.in.
The last date for submission of proposals is 3 November 2025, up to 3:00 PM.
This redevelopment project is expected to bring significant urban renewal to one of Dehradun’s key residential areas, aiming to improve infrastructure and enhance living standards.
