The Training & Research Centre (TRC), New Delhi of the Council of Architecture (CoA), in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), is organising a half-day online Capacity Building Program titled:
“AI in Architecture for Viksit Bharat 2047: Transforming Education and Practice”
Scheduled for 21 February 2026 (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM), the programme aims to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence into architectural education and professional practice, aligning with India’s long-term development vision under Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
About the Program
The initiative is positioned at the intersection of AICTE’s Year of Artificial Intelligence 2025, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and the Government of India’s strategic roadmap toward a developed nation by 2047.
The session will examine:
- AI-enabled transformation in architectural pedagogy
- Integration of digital intelligence in studio teaching and curriculum design
- AI-driven professional practice and workflow optimisation
- Designing sustainable and inclusive built environments using computational tools
- Capacity building for future-ready human capital in architecture
The programme will bring together academicians, practitioners, policymakers, and students from across the country to deliberate on emerging technologies and collaborative frameworks ahead of the AI Global Summit 2026.
