The Council of Architecture’s Training & Research Centre (COA-TRC), New Delhi, in association with the School of Architecture and Planning, Chandigarh University, Uttar Pradesh, is organising a five-day programme titled “Entrepreneurship 2.0: AI-Driven Business Models for Architects.” The programme is scheduled from 5 to 9 October 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM each day.
The programme focuses on the changing nature of architectural practice at the intersection of artificial intelligence, innovation and entrepreneurship. With artificial intelligence, digital technologies and entrepreneurial approaches increasingly influencing the profession, the programme aims to introduce participants to emerging business models and technology-enabled opportunities within architecture.
According to the programme brief, contemporary architects are increasingly required to move beyond conventional consultancy models and explore scalable business models, technology-enabled services, start-ups and multidisciplinary enterprises. The programme seeks to provide participants with practical knowledge of entrepreneurial thinking integrated with AI-driven architectural workflows.
The programme is intended for architecture educators, researchers, practising professionals and postgraduate students, bringing together academics, international experts, practising architects, digital entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Through this multidisciplinary engagement, participants will explore emerging models for architectural practice and ways in which AI and digital technologies can support independent and innovative ventures.
Programme Outcomes

By combining these areas with AI-enabled workflows, the programme aims to encourage architects and emerging professionals to explore new approaches to delivering architectural services.
