The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced PM-UDAY Phase 2 of the Single Window Camps, scheduled to be held across multiple locations in Delhi on January 3 and 4, 2026. The initiative is being organised under the PM-UDAY (Pradhan Mantri – Unauthorised Colonies in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojana) to provide residents of unauthorised colonies with easier access to property ownership-related services.

The Single Window Camps aim to streamline procedures related to authorisation of unauthorised colonies, conveyance deeds, and property documentation, reducing the need for residents to visit multiple offices. Through these camps, beneficiaries can receive guidance, submit applications, and resolve documentation issues at one location.

The Phase-2 camps will be organised at 10 locations, including:
- Pitampura (LU Block DDA Market and Pitampura-II near GTK Depot)
- Dwarka Sector-5 (Nagrik Suvidha Kendra, DDA Nursery)

Residents are encouraged to carry relevant property documents and identity proofs to ensure quicker processing.
Strengthening Housing Rights
The PM-UDAY scheme has been a key step towards providing legal ownership rights to residents of unauthorised colonies, improving access to civic services, formal housing finance, and long-term urban integration. The Phase-2 camps reinforce the government’s effort to bring transparency and efficiency into the regularisation process.
For detailed location-wise schedules and updates, citizens can visit the official PM-UDAY portal on the DDA website.
