The National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), in collaboration with the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), has announced an extension for its prestigious Student Thesis Competition – Season 6, offering students another opportunity to submit innovative ideas focused on water systems, river health, sustainability, and urban transformation. The new last date to apply is 5 December 2025.
The competition is open to students from all Bachelor’s and Master’s disciplines, encouraging interdisciplinary research on the theme “Re-imagine Urban Rivers.” Participants will have the chance to present their work on a national platform and engage with leading experts in the field.
