UIDAI Mascot Design Contest 2025:

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a nationwide Mascot Design Contest on the MyGov platform, inviting Indian citizens to design an official mascot for Aadhaar. The initiative aims to find a creative visual ambassador that embodies the spirit of trust, inclusivity, empowerment, and digital innovation — the core values that define Aadhaar.

Open till 31st October 2025, the competition seeks to make Aadhaar’s communication more engaging and relatable across all age groups. The mascot will personify service, security, and accessibility, helping simplify public understanding of Aadhaar’s role in everyday life.

Who Can Participate

The contest is open to all Indian citizens, both individuals and teams. Participants must submit:

  • One original mascot design
  • A brief concept note
  • The mascot’s proposed name

Entries can be submitted exclusively through the official MyGov contest page at https://innovateindia.mygov.in/uidai-mascot-competition/.

Evaluation and Prizes

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

UIDAI has announced attractive cash prizes worth ₹1 lakh in total:

  • First Prize: ₹50,000
  • Second Prize: ₹30,000
  • Third Prize: ₹20,000

Top entries for the mascot name will also receive recognition and certificates.

Encouraging participation, UIDAI stated that the contest is an opportunity for citizens to “bring their creativity to life and contribute to Aadhaar’s journey of inclusion and empowerment.”
