Chief Climate Action Officer
Eligibility:
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Planning, Ecology, or Environmental Engineering
- Experience: 8–10 years in climate-related advisory or consultancy, including 3+ years in team leadership roles
- Key Skills: Climate data analysis, environmental policy planning, stakeholder coordination
Role Overview:
- Lead implementation of the CITIIS 2.0 programme in Assam
- Liaise with MoHUA, NIUA, and state-level departments
- Handle climate-related policy development and performance monitoring

Project Planning Officer
Eligibility:
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design
- Experience: 8–10 years in planning/execution of city-level projects (e.g., water bodies, air quality, streetscapes, solid waste)
- Key Skills: Project reporting, budgeting, climate budgeting
Role Overview:
- Support data-driven climate projects focused on blue-green infrastructure, transport, and energy
- Assist in preparing climate budgets for the state and Guwahati city
- Ensure integration with state/city climate action plans and master plans
Remuneration: ₹1.55 lakh/month (fixed, subject to deductions)
