Job Description:
DDA invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Consultant (Planning) for various projects under the Planning Department. The engagement will be purely on a contract basis.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture / Civil
OR
Master’s Degree in Geography / Sociology / Economics
(from a recognized university or institute) - Post-graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the following:
- Town Planning
- City/Urban Planning
- Housing
- Transport
- Environmental Planning
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in GIS / Geo-Informatics or equivalent from a recognized institute
Experience & Remuneration:
Post-Qualification Experience | Monthly Salary | Conveyance | Max Age |

Less than 5 years | ₹52,500 | ₹1,500 | 35 years |
5 to <10 years | ₹76,000 | ₹3,000 | 40 years |
Note: Annual 5% increment may apply. Remuneration may not exceed 1.25x of initial salary.
