The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of ‘DDA Towering Heights’, a landmark residential project at Karkardooma, marking Delhi’s first-ever Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) initiative. The project offers 1026 premium 2 BHK flats, with prices starting from ₹1.78 crore, combining modern connectivity, convenience, and sustainable urban living.

Strategically located in Delhi’s tallest residential towers, DDA Towering Heights ensures excellent metro and road connectivity, situated near Karkardooma Metro Station on both the Blue and Pink Lines. The site also enjoys seamless access to NH-9, NH-24, and other major corridors, making key destinations like Connaught Place, Anand Vihar, and East Delhi easily accessible.
The project is envisioned as part of a mixed-use urban hub, featuring commercial spaces, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, recreation zones, and a convention centre — offering residents a complete city-life experience within walking distance.
DDA will facilitate transparent e-auction-based allotment through an online registration process, commencing from 31 October 2025.
