New Delhi: The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Government of NCT of Delhi, has announced an Innovation Challenge inviting proposals for innovative and practical solutions to mitigate air pollution and reduce PM2.5 and PM10 emissions in the city.

The initiative is open to individuals, startups (registered with DPITT), R&D institutions, technology developers, universities, colleges, and other legal entities registered under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. The goal is to identify and support low-cost, scalable, and easy-to-maintain technologies that can effectively reduce particulate pollution in Delhi.
Participants can propose solutions in three focus areas:
- Reducing or absorbing PM2.5 and PM10 emissions from BS-IV or below BS-IV vehicles.
- Reducing or absorbing PM2.5 and PM10 emissions from BS-VI or new vehicles.
- Reducing or absorbing PM2.5 and PM10 emissions from ambient air.
Rewards and Benefits:
- ₹5 lakh for every project shortlisted by the Independent Technical Evaluation Committee.
- ₹50 lakh for every project finally recommended to the GNCTD.
Proposals must be submitted online through www.dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in by October 31, 2025.
