Jharkhand Govt Invites Applications for Architect Nomination to Council of Architecture 2025

Ranchi – The Department of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand, has invited applications from eligible architect nomination to the Council of Architecture, an autonomous statutory body of the Government of India constituted under the Architects Act, 1972.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. The candidate should be an architect working in the Government of Jharkhand, employed in any Architectural Institution of Jharkhand, or engaged in private practice within the state, with valid registration from the Council of Architecture.
  2. The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
  3. The architect must possess at least 10 years of professional experience in employment or private practice.

Application Process

Eligible and interested candidates are required to submit their applications by speed post on or before September 12, 2025, along with all supporting documents related to eligibility. Importantly, the domicile certificate must be issued by the competent authority of Jharkhand.

Candidates who have already applied in response to earlier press communiqués (No. 489 dated May 27, 2025, and No. 666 dated July 24, 2025) are advised not to apply again.
