New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through the Office of the Deputy Director (Horticulture) Division-VIII, Janakpuri, has invited online item-rate tenders for horticulture and landscape development works across several parks in West Delhi. The tenders are open to eligible and registered contractors under DDA’s Horticulture category as well as non-DDA agencies meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria.
The works are aimed at improving public parks and green spaces through plantation drives, landscaping, lawn renovation, and the supply of horticultural materials such as plants, neem oil cake, good earth, and Jamuna sand.

1. Community Park at Bakkarwala (Lok Nayak Puram)
- Estimated Cost: ₹32.94 lakh
- EMD: ₹65,878
- Scope: Digging of holes, supply of neem oil cake, plants, and compensatory plantation works.
- Completion Period: 60 Days
2. NHP at Hari Nagar Near DDU Hospital (Udham Singh Park)
- Estimated Cost: ₹41.67 lakh
- EMD: ₹83,332
- Scope: Supply of good earth, Jamuna sand, digging of holes, neem oil cake, JCB deployment, and plantation works for model park development.
- Completion Period: 60 Days
3. District Park at Kirti Nagar (Dr. Hedgewar Park)
- Estimated Cost: ₹33.27 lakh
- EMD: ₹66,535
- Scope: Supply of plants, neem oil cake, earthwork, digging of holes, and lawn renovation.
- Completion Period: 60 Days
4. NHP Residential Colony at Naraina Vihar
- Estimated Cost: ₹33.20 lakh

Tender Submission Details
The tenders are to be submitted through the Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal. Contractors must furnish Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through RTGS/NEFT and upload all required documents, including GST registration, tender acceptance letter, enlistment order, and e-tendering fee receipt.
DDA has also specified additional performance guarantee requirements for bids quoted significantly below the estimated tender cost, in line with CPWD guidelines.
The initiative is part of DDA’s ongoing efforts to enhance urban green infrastructure, improve public parks, and strengthen environmental sustainability across Delhi’s residential and community spaces.
