
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, a major affordable housing initiative offering 1,712 ready-to-move flats across Narela and Siraspur in Delhi. All flats under the scheme are being offered at a flat 25 per cent discount, aiming to improve housing accessibility for different income groups.
According to the official circular issued on 23 January 2026, the scheme includes HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS category flats in Narela, along with LIG flats in Siraspur, reinforcing DDA’s objective of promoting inclusive and affordable urban housing nagrik_awaas_yojana_2026.
Distribution of Flats
Under the scheme, 1,301 flats are located in Narela, comprising:
- 298 HIG flats
- 459 MIG flats
- 481 LIG flats
- 63 EWS flats
In addition, 411 LIG flats are being offered in Siraspur. The flats are spread across multiple sectors and pockets, with plinth areas ranging from approximately 34.7 sqm to 186.6 sqm, catering to diverse household needs.
Price Range After Discount
After applying the 25 per cent discount, the tentative price ranges are:
- HIG flats: approx. ₹95.88 lakh to ₹117.27 lakh
- MIG flats: approx. ₹66.28 lakh to ₹83 lakh
- LIG flats: approx. ₹11.51 lakh to ₹15.32 lakh
- EWS flats: approx. ₹9.60 lakh to ₹9.69 lakh
Final prices will be determined based on the actual plinth area of each flat, as mentioned in the demand-cum-allotment letter nagrik_awaas_yojana_2026.
Registration and Booking Schedule
- Registration starts: 24 January 2026 (12:00 noon onwards)
- Booking opens: 28 January 2026 (12:00 noon onwards)
Applications can be submitted online through DDA’s Awaas Portal under the scheme title “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026”. Applicants are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500.
Booking Amount
The booking amount for each category has been fixed as:
- HIG: ₹10 lakh
- MIG: ₹4 lakh
- LIG: ₹1 lakh
- EWS: ₹50,000
Applicants already registered on the DDA Awaas Portal are not required to register again.
Terms and Conditions
All other terms and conditions of the scheme will be governed by the brochure of DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, including provisions related to maintenance charges, water connection charges, and conversion charges, which will be applicable at the time of allotment.
With this initiative, DDA aims to strengthen affordable housing supply in Delhi’s emerging residential zones, particularly Narela, while also addressing the housing needs of lower-income groups in Siraspur.
