Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: India’s rail network continues to expand its modern, high-speed fleet as four new Vande Bharat Express trains are launched from Varanasi, enhancing regional mobility and passenger comfort across multiple states.
The newly inaugurated trains include:
- Banaras–Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express
- Firozpur–Delhi Vande Bharat Express
- Lucknow–Saharanpur Vande Bharat Express
- Ernakulam–Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express
With these additions, the total number of operational Vande Bharat Express trains across India now exceeds 160, reflecting the country’s ongoing modernization in railway transport.
