New Delhi: In the lead-up to the 17th GRIHA Summit 2025, the GRIHA Council is set to organize an exclusive Green Building Tour of Uttarakhand Niwas, New Delhi, on November 1, 2025. The initiative aims to provide participants with an immersive experience of sustainable architecture in action.

The guided tour will highlight energy-efficient systems, water management strategies, and sustainable landscape design that define the building’s green credentials. Participants will gain valuable insights into how the project integrates the GRIHA rating system with architectural innovation, resource conservation, and occupant well-being.
The event will also serve as a platform for students, professionals, and sustainability enthusiasts to engage with architects, green building consultants, and facility management teams, learning about their collaborative roles in developing high-performance green buildings.
