A Story of Transformation

For Smt. Kakrati Debbarma, a tribal woman from South Dhumacherra village in Tripura, the scheme brought life-changing relief. From living in a fragile mud hut vulnerable to rains and storms, she now resides in a sturdy pucca house built under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) with financial assistance directly transferred to her bank account. “The house brings not just safety, but also happiness and dignity,” she shared.
