About the Competition
The ARCASIA Students’ Design Competition 2025 invites architecture students from across Asia to submit visionary, context-sensitive designs that address social and environmental challenges.
Theme: 🌍 “Architecture for Peace”
This year’s competition focuses on the role of architecture in fostering peace, unity, and resilience within communities facing conflict, displacement, or disaster.
Objectives
- Inspire young architects to respond to humanitarian challenges.
- Encourage culturally rooted, sustainable design strategies.
- Promote regional collaboration and shared architectural values.
Who Can Participate?
- Undergraduate students of architecture enrolled in an ARCASIA member country.
- Nominations must be submitted via respective National Institutes of Architects.
- Each country may nominate up to two (2) entries.
Submission Guidelines
- Conceptual design proposal in PDF (A1 boards max 10MB)
- A 500-word design brief/description
- One-page student profile with photo
- Must reflect the theme: Architecture for Peace
