New Delhi: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) convened the 5th Meeting of the Central Advisory Council (CAC) under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) at Sankalp Bhawan, New Delhi. The session brought together RERA chairpersons, senior officials from state and central governments, industry associations, and homebuyer representatives to discuss the progress and future roadmap of RERA.

On the occasion, MoHUA launched the Unified RERA Portal (rera.mohua.gov.in) — a common digital platform designed to integrate state RERA systems, enable data sharing, and facilitate best practices across States and Union Territories. The portal aims to enhance transparency, provide better access to project details, and support uniform implementation of RERA nationwide.
