The self-sufficient complex incorporates green building technology, achieving a GRIHA 3-star rating and full compliance with the National Building Code (NBC) 2016. Environmentally sustainable features include energy-efficient systems, renewable energy integration, advanced waste management, and Divyangjan-friendly infrastructure.

Each unit spans 5,000 sq. ft. of carpet area, offering dedicated office spaces, staff quarters, and community amenities. The complex is Divyang-friendly, earthquake-resistant, and equipped with modern security systems, ensuring safety, accessibility, and comfort for residents.

Constructed using monolithic concrete with aluminium shuttering, the buildings ensure long-term durability while enabling timely project completion. The flats provide spacious layouts with dedicated residential and official areas, staff quarters, a community centre, and robust security systems.

The earthquake-resistant design follows modern structural safety norms. Given its location near Parliament House, the development addresses the shortage of housing for Members of Parliament while optimizing land use through vertical construction, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring high living standards.
