New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its Northern Maintenance Division-2 (NMD-2), has invited an online percentage-rate e-tender from approved and eligible DDA-enlisted agencies, firms and contractors for sweeping and cleaning works at the Zonal QC Laboratory in Mukherjee Nagar and plots in Nehru Vihar.

The tender, bearing NIT No. 21/EE/NMD-2/DDA/2026-27, covers the work described as maintenance of a completed scheme under the North Zone, with the specific scope involving sweeping and cleaning of the Zonal QC Laboratory at Mukherjee Nagar and plots in Nehru Vihar.
The estimated cost of the work is ₹4,55,966, while the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹9,119. The stipulated period of completion is one year.
According to the tender notice, the last date for submission of the e-tender, EMD, tender document, technical and other eligibility documents on the Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal is August 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The technical bid is scheduled to open at 3:30 PM on the same day, while the financial bid will be opened after evaluation of the technical bid.
The tender document, including specifications, schedules of quantities, terms and conditions and other relevant documents, is available free of cost through the Central Public Procurement Portal. The notice states that contractors must have valid DDA enlistment and a Class-II digital signature for submitting the bid online.
The EMD is required to be deposited through the DDA’s IFMIS portal. The tender notice provides a six-step process: bidders must access the IFMIS portal, complete Citizen Signup, proceed to the EMD section, make the payment for the tender and upload the payment screenshot on the CPP Portal. The tender document also requires the unique transaction reference (UTR) of the online EMD payment to be uploaded for verification.
The tender will be submitted in two parts—technical bid and financial bid. The technical bid requires documents including the tender acceptance letter, EMD payment reference, DDA registration certificate, proof of the requisite CRB fee, PAN card, EPFO and ESIC registration certificates, GSTIN registration, cancelled cheque and a notarised affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper. The affidavit or undertaking must not be more than one month old as of the last date of bid submission.
The notice further states that for works costing up to ₹40 lakh in B&R/Civil categories, the tender is to be issued only to contractors registered with DDA. Contractors are also required to use one UTR for one work only; using the same UTR number for different tenders can result in rejection of all submitted tenders and debarment from future DDA tendering.
For contractors registered with the DDA’s Contractor Registration Board (CRB), the tendering charges, excluding applicable GST, range from ₹6,000 for Class-V contractors to ₹20,000 for Class-I contractors.
The tender has been issued by the Executive Engineer, NMD-2, DDA, with the notice dated August 14, 2026 and subsequent office endorsement dated August 19, 2026.
