IGNCA Regional Centre Guwahati and Thoubal College invite papers for National Seminar on Cultural Landscape, Tourism & Society in Northeast India (20–21 February 2026).

The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Regional Centre Guwahati, under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in collaboration with the Department of Geography, Thoubal College, Manipur, has announced a Call for Papers for a two-day National Seminar (Hybrid Mode) on:

“Reading the Cultural Landscape: Tourism, Heritage & Society in Northeast India with Special Reference to Manipur”

The seminar invites researchers, academicians, practitioners, and students to engage in critical discussions on the evolving cultural landscapes of Northeast India, with a focused exploration of Manipur’s tourism potential, heritage systems, and socio-cultural dynamics.

About the Seminar
