The Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL), an undertaking of the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has announced a Logo Design Contest 2026 to create a distinctive visual identity reflecting its expanding mandate in urban infrastructure and sustainability.

According to the official announcement, the last date for submission is 15 March 2026 (11:59 PM IST). The selected winner will receive a cash prize of ₹25,000.
Expanding Urban Mandate
MPUDCL is undertaking projects across multiple strategic domains, including:
- Water Supply & Sewerage Infrastructure
- PPP & Asset Management Division – Promoting financial self-sustainability of Urban Local Bodies and encouraging private participation in public infrastructure such as solid and liquid waste management, energy infrastructure, and real estate projects.
- IT & Digital Transformation – Strengthening e-governance through e-municipality systems, ERP and MIS integration, and data management for smart city initiatives.
- Urban Mobility & EV Implementation – Supporting the Madhya Pradesh EV Policy, multimodal transport hubs, transit-oriented development (TOD), public transport planning, and promotion of non-motorized and electric mobility.
- Namami Narmade, Green & River Conservation Division – Focused on environmental protection, treated water reuse, waste management, and river conservation initiatives.
The logo is expected to visually represent these multi-sectoral objectives, including sustainability, innovation, infrastructure, and digital governance.
Competition Guidelines
Key terms and conditions include:
- Open to participants of all age groups.
- Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
- Logo must align with MPUDCL’s objectives.
- Submissions must be original and free from copyright violations.
- File format: JPEG or PNG, high resolution (600 DPI).
- Size: Minimum 5 cm × 5 cm, Maximum 10 cm × 10 cm (portrait or landscape).
- Logo must be in color format.
- No watermark allowed.
- Selected winner must submit an editable open file format; failing which the prize will not be awarded.
- All intellectual property rights of the selected logo will belong to MPUDCL.
- Final decision will rest with the selection committee.
How to Apply
Participants must upload their entries through the MP MyGov Portal before the deadline of 15 March 2026.
The competition offers designers, architects, planners, students, and creative professionals an opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a key state-level urban infrastructure organization.
