The Charles Correa Foundation (CCF) has announced a vacancy for the position of Programme Lead – Nagari Films, inviting applications from professionals with backgrounds in architecture, urban design, planning, film, design, social sciences, or related disciplines. The selected candidate will be based at Fontainhas, Panaji, Goa, with the position commencing in September 2026.

The Programme Lead will be responsible for shaping and expanding Nagari Films’ initiatives, including film screenings, festivals, learning programmes, public engagement activities, and the Short Film Competition. The role also involves developing thematic programmes, building partnerships with filmmakers, cultural institutions, NGOs, universities, and public agencies, while strengthening the Foundation’s outreach and knowledge dissemination through publications, digital platforms, podcasts, newsletters, and other communication channels.
The position also includes programme management responsibilities such as budgeting, documentation, grant reporting, fundraising support, monitoring and evaluation, and maintaining film archives and institutional knowledge repositories. The Programme Lead will represent Nagari Films and the Charles Correa Foundation at conferences, festivals, and public forums, contributing to discussions on architecture, urbanism, and the built environment.
Applicants should possess 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrated project leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and WordPress is desirable, while experience working with cultural institutions, NGOs, universities, filmmakers, or public programmes will be considered an advantage.
