💸 Pay Scale:
Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
Approx. starting monthly salary: ₹56,100 + DA + HRA + other allowances
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized University OR
Associate Membership of Indian Institute of Architects (by Examination) - Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA)
🛠️ Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of architecture
(Relaxable for SC/ST candidates if suitable candidates are not available)
📋 Job Responsibilities:
- Planning coordination (up to NIT stage) in multidisciplinary defence projects
- Supervising junior architectural staff and verifying drawings
- Preparing layouts, 3D models, perspectives, area calculations, presentations
- Maintaining drawing records, issuing prints, and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Technical interaction with stakeholders and participation in BOOs
- Supporting Senior Architects in both technical and administrative tasks
