Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi has issued a call for e-tenders for a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for VRF/VRV heat pump–type air-conditioning systems installed at its Karampura campus. The estimated project cost is Rs. 20,85,644, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 42,000 and a contract duration of one year. Interested bidders must submit their online bids by December 17, 2025, up to 3:00 PM, while technical bids will be opened the same day at 4:00 PM.
The tender is open exclusively to OEMs of Daikin or their authorized dealers experienced in CAMC of heat pump-type VRF/VRV installations. Applicants must meet stringent eligibility conditions, including completion of similar works within the last seven years, minimum financial turnover of Rs. 10.43 crore over the last three years for air-conditioning/AMC works, and possession of at least one local office in Delhi NCR.
Bidders must upload all required documents—including completion certificates, OEM authorization, GST registration, PAN, EMD receipts, and prescribed undertakings—on the Delhi Government e-procurement portal. Tender documents, corrigenda, and additional instructions are available exclusively on the official procurement website. Submissions without valid EMD or proper documentation will be summarily rejected.
The financial bids will be considered only for those who qualify the technical evaluation. The bids will remain valid for 75 days from the opening date of the technical bid.
