
The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, has announced a nationwide logo design competition to represent India’s Right to Repair initiative, inviting citizens to showcase their creativity. The contest aims to create a distinct visual identity symbolizing empowerment of consumers, promotion of sustainability, and the extension of product lifecycles.
Open to all Indian citizens aged 16 years and above, the competition offers a cash prize of ₹25,000 for the winning design. Participants are encouraged to design a logo that reflects the essence of India’s commitment to responsible consumption and sustainable repair practices.
The Right to Repair initiative, under the Jago Grahak Jago campaign, emphasizes the importance of enabling consumers to repair products easily, thereby reducing e-waste and promoting circular economy principles.
Entries must be submitted by 30th November 2025, and participants can register by scanning the QR code provided in the official contest poster.
